Founded back in 1809 and joined in 1910 by the late Thomas Flavell from whom the practice now takes its name. The Flavell family had been a part of the firm up until late 2016 following the retirement of Tom Flavell.

The firm have an office at 19 Waterloo Place in Leamington.
