Racing Club Warwick saw off Nuneaton Griff 0-5 in the first of their last four games they need to win in order to clinch promotion.
Racing started well and Adam Knight struck the bar and Ben Mackey grazed a post as Nuneaton looked to frustrate their visitors. Knight was causing problems down the left but Racing could not get the goal until a super Henry Leaver free-kick found captain Scott Turner in the box to fire home on 32 minutes. This settled Racing and a super half volley from Ben Mackey on the stroke of half time put Warwick two up.
Second half and a fine run from Trea Bertie saw him slot home on 50 minutes before Mackey got his second on 60 minutes after fine play again by Knight. Mackey wrapped up his hat-trick on 74 minutes before Nuneaton struck the crossbar with a rasping shot from Middleton.
With Atherstone town edging Racing out in second place, the Racers need to win their final three games and hope either Burbage or newly crowned Champion's Heather take points off of the Adders.
