Racing Club Warwick went down 1-7 to title hopefuls Hinckley as the hosts conceded four late goals. In front of 230 spectators Hinckley always looked a division above with Browns shot saved by the keeper the only threat first half from the home side. It took 8 minutes for Hinckley to score with Williams turning Hutchcox and firing past Caviezel-Cox at the near post. The next 30 minutes Racing competed without really looking like scoring. With 37 gone a miskick by Checketts allowed Agar to turn and fire past the keeper. If Racing had any thoughts of a comeback then these were quickly dismissed on 47 when Seal converted some fine play. Malley showed strength on the left, beating the defender and cutting inside all the way to slot the ball home. Again, Warwick started to compete right up until the 80th minute when Hinckley scored four times. Seal made it four and Williams headed home a corner before another corner from Seal went straight in with what looked like a bus queue of Warwick defenders and keeper on the line all leaving the ball. A well worked 7th saw Roberts head home and the misery was complete.
