Racing Club Warwick and Pershore slogged out an entertaining score draw on a very wet and heavy pitch. It was a surprise to many when the pitch was deemed playable by the referee, but on it was and it quickly became harder and harder to play football as the pitch tore up. Three times Pershore took the lead before Racing pegged them back, twice in the first half. Joe Wright scored to equalise with the first after some fine wing play for Harbon picked him out for him to slot into the corner and the second a clever little hook shot. It seemed Pershore would take the points as Racing huffed and puffed second half but a magnificent free kick from Price rescued a point with five minutes remaining. Racing travel to Pelsall on Saturday.
