Racing Club Warwick chalked up a third win on the bounce despite missing several key players through injury and illness. With Jamie Smith out and four goal hero in Midweek Jake Brown away and skipper Reynolds, Hutchcox and Morton also out, Racing got off to a great start with both Price and Wright going close. A lovely one two between Malley and Wright saw Malley through on goal but the linesman judged offside. But it was Littleton who took the lead when a long diagonal ball from the right saw the forward cut inside and drill into the corner past Caviezel-Cox. Racing continued to press and their reward came when Slevin cooly controlled the ball, shifted to his left and drilled an unstoppable shot into the top right from 25 yards. Five minutes later and a precision through ball from Wright was taken superbly in his stride by Malley who advanced goal wards and slotted the ball home. Littleton were reduced to ten men when the referee judged a tackle on Price to be dangerous and the game was held up on the stroke of half time when the Littleton skipper Callum Clarke fell awkwardly in midfield. With the teams taken off, an ambulance was called and we wish Callum a speedy recovery. Second half and a Hobbs powerful header was superbly tipped onto the bar and Littleton almost equalized with a smart header before the effervescent Joe Wright tapped home to seal the win.
