A qualified Bowen (NST) therapist and operating across the Warwickshire area for the past five years, Craig deals with a diverse range of clients including all ages and abilities, specialising in the rehabilitation of sport induced injuries and regular maintenance for clients in this regard. Craig has experience of treating sporting injuries and providing regular maintenance includes clients from football, rugby union, rugby league, horse riding accident recovery, cross-fit, triathlon and much more.

Bowen Therapy or Advanced Bowen Therapy is also known as the Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST). It is a dynamic and skilful professional bodywork technique and results in fast and effective pain relief combined with increased energy levels and better health.

As an avid gym and HIIT enthusiast and having played rugby union at county level and represented GB in weight lifting in his earlier years, Craig said 'I value the importance of ongoing physical maintenance. As a qualified personal trainer, I am also very much aware of the importance of form in optimising physical performance. I am very much looking forward to working with the club as physio and will do my utmost to provide treatment and advice to ensure that all team members are working to the best of their physical abilities'.
