Racing Club Warwick Academy, in partnership with Heart of England Training, HOET, are looking for a qualified Football Lead Coach to lead and support the delivery of football alongside the education programmes based at Townsend Meadow at the Racing Club Warwick site.

Ideally you will have experience delivering BTEC Sport at L3 in addition to delivering coaching sessions at UEFA B or above.

Qualifications and Skills:

MUST have UEFA B or above.
Ideally experienced in delivering at 16-19 football academy programmes

Job Types: Full-time 37 hours per week predominantly school hours

Responsibilities:

Providing a high-quality, engaging, and developmental Football Development programme, which supports football between the ages of 16-19 ensuring lifelong memories are created through positive experiences.

· Encourage individual development of participants through a well-planned syllabus and coordinating an effective games programme that is safe, engaging, fit for purpose and participant led.
· Manage Academy coaches to ensure effective delivery in training and matches.
· Cultivate an environment of development and progression therefore actively encourage coaches training, networking and opportunities to support a pathway for those that show initiative, innovation and dedication
· Provide coaching and mentoring to Foundation and Youth Development Phase Junior teams on a schedule
