Striker Wins October Award

Ollie Brind has been voted Racing Club Warwick's U14s Player of the Month by Coaches Adam Elswood & Ryan Goode. The U14s had a great October wining 3 of their 4 games, scoring 27 goals in the process with 9 coming in the win away at Wellsbourne and 11 against Lillington as well as their first clean sheet of the season which coaches Adam & Ryan were very pleased with. After such a great month for the U14s It was one of the closest and hardest Player of the Months we've ever had, with a high number of players being considered for their great performances Notably: Tobi Court, Jamie Edden, Luke Goode, Seb Burley, Jai Sispal and Corey Robinson but it was striker Brind who came out Octobers winner.

Why Did He Win?

In what was a fantastic month for the U14s scoring for fun, Brind stood out scoring 10 goals in 4 games in October with 4 coming against Wellsbourne followed by 5 against Lillington with the other coming against league contenders Hillmorton. Along with the goals Brind has also turned provider getting 5 assists to his name. He has also developed a great partnership with fellow strikers Sam Church and Corey Robinson with some great link up play which has really hurt opposing teams denfences this month. Finally Brinds work rate when the team doesn't have the ball has been great tracking back and helping the team defend which has been very pleasing for his coaches.
