Partnerships first National League U19 game begins an exciting new era

Racing Club Warwick Academy will host Stratford Town Academy on Wednesday afternoon at Townsend Meadow.

The football club and Future Pro made the tie up in the summer after Future Pro left Stratford Town, which adds some extra spice to the game.

Racing Club Warwick Chairman Gary Vella said 'This game marks an exciting new era for the Football Club. When the opportunity to partner with Future Pro came about in the summer it accelerated the clubs own plans as the model was exactly how we envisaged our own academy working. Alongside the Academy sides that Future Pro will run, with the obvious feeds open to the players to our own teams, we will also soon be hosting elite coaching sessions which will be open to all local junior players. The pathways we will build will give every player in the district an opportunity, whether it's Sunday football, MJPL Saturday football, Academy and Youth and of course semi professional football'.
